
Lisa Skipp
Lisa trained in theatre at the Northern School of Music, Manchester.She then appeared with various repertory companies, including Crewe, Guernsey, where she met her husband, Colin Skipp, Ireland and Perth.
She played in Alice through the looking glass for Triumph Productions and Sheila in Suddenly at Home for Bill Kenwright.
This was followed by a season at the Mowlem Theatre, Swanage, where she created the role of Nancy in the premiere of Tilting Ground by Guy Hibbert.
Lisa joined The Archers for a short while as Nelson Gabriel’s girlfriend.
She appeared in several Northwest Panto tours, playing mainly Principal Girl and later, Wicked Queens.
Lisa has worked as actress/ puppeteer in various Children’s Theatre Companies and also enjoys writing children’s stories in her spare time.
Lisa, co-author of The Sound of Julie, is delighted to be part of her daughter, Nova’s venture into production.
